So as of April all Google interviews will have a behavioral round. I heard for L3 it replaces an algorithm round so it's 4 algorithm rounds + 1 behavioral In the past, people have been able to get a single "no hire" in one of the rounds as long as they did well in 4/5 rounds. Any idea how it works now that there's 1 less algorithm round? Do you have to nail them all now?

When I interviewed, I felt one out of five interviewers was new. His/her feedback is discounted. Just to calibrate them. I think they replaced that round with a behavioral.
