Because Google has good benefits for family on employees death and they dont fire employees. What do you think.

Amazon L7 ~= G/FB L6.. I think it's a sweet spot/gig with a TC touching $500k..
Google and Microsoft are chill enough for retirement but Google pays better. Amazon and Facebook are not retirement companies
