Google hiring process, clarification...

I got a referral, talked to a recruiter who set me up with a hiring manager, everything went well and I just did an on-site last week. Feedback was that everyone gave me a strong hire except the one person on the future team (strong no hire). The recruiter then said they may look for another team for me. Does this mean I'm in the team match stage again? Does my packet go on pause and doesn't go to the HC? Do I have to repeat the on-site? Is one strong no hire equal to just flat rejected? Someone help please give some insight? The recruiter has been on holiday and I'm going crazy. What's the regular Google hiring process?
