Slightly better than my offer (in Seattle). I was told by recruiter it's pretty much best they can offer, but I didn't have a competing offer.

Can't be too specific. It's software engineering but more on prototyping ideas than putting things in to production. Interviews were not that difficult, but I prepared well, for over 3 months. Mainly white boarding
