Totally unresponsive. Sent three emails and made one call. Recruiter in the past did not respond to emails to schedule onsite so it took nearly two months to schedule and reschedule because they didn’t even notify me of the scheduled date. Should I email other people on the recruiting team? Does Google really ghost candidates as a way of rejection?

A different recruiter reached out almost half a year later. they offered to have me go straight to team match since i passed the interview previously. i ended up leaving software engineering at that point already so it was all good. became a teacher!
Consider it a rejection and move on, the recruiter will contact you if s/he needs to. Three emails and a call with no responses to any seems excessive.
Scheduling the onsite took more than that. The recruiter was the one who asked me to contact them to schedule the date. I am very disappointed that they are so unprofessional.
