Google team matching
I passed HC last month and in the process of team matching. However, I've met only two managers for a month and was not able to find a team. I am waiting my recruiters email for the new fit call without any details.. So, I am just wondering if there is a way to find the team from my side like asking help from my friends in google or using the linkedin dm? Location is bay area and l3-l4 level with 2 years exp.
Uh. No. Please do not start DMing hiring managers. As a hiring manager and someone on hiring committee this is incredibly annoying and you will not get a response. Hiring managers are regularly sent candidates for review and matches when roles are open — manager reviews and selects based off of whether or not they think you’re a fit from your packet. If you’ve already passed HC all you can do is sit tight and wait, and keep checking in with your recruiter.
Once you pass HC. How much does the interview scores matter?
If you passed HC, your level is already determined.
