Got l5 Facebook offer, need inputs on managing work, stress
Married, one toddler. I understand there are certain number of hours to be given everyday but not sure how people esp women in similar situations cope with work load at facebook? Any women out there with family, kid(s) ..how crazy it is and any tips for me ? No trolls pls, I am genuinely looking for some inputs from people in similar situations.

Set your hours from day one. Being a mom should be your priority.

Usually if they pay you more, they will squeeze your brain to get every dime of what they pay. Some FB groups are very notorious about WLB. It depends upon the manager too. Don't stress much though...life have so many uncertainties
