Question to the people with EB1A.. Was your profile EB1A ready before you even considered it or you worked towards the EB1A acceptable profile ? If it is latter, are there any obvious, low hanging fruits there ? I ask this because some of the EB1A requirements seem quite subjective, some achievable if you set that as a target, others not so easily achievable

Op - did you make any progress towards eb1?
What’s the point unless you are Indian? Actually I qualify for eb1 (PhD and all) but chose to do eb2 to avoid the document trail since my country is not backlogged
I joined the company on an O-1 visa, so going the EB1 route made sense because of that. At that point you’ve already done 95% of the paper work.
