Interview for adjustment of status coming up. I’m not too worried because we’re a legit and loving couple, but what kind of questions do they usually ask? Guess LC won’t help here 🙃 TC: $280k
They will be doing an interview in separate rooms and compare your testimonies after. Expect variety of questions like where you live, how many bedrooms you have, when you met, travel history, parent’s names, birthdays etc. My friends were asked to provide the keys form their apartment and what kind of blanked they had on their sofa. Good luck!
Be sure you can accurately describe your wife’s nipples. You never know with DHS.
How did u meet? Where did you guy fo honeymoon? What gift did you buy for her birthday. How long did you date before get married? it is pretty easy if you are legit. We had it two months ago.
It's not that bad as long as you have a lawyer present. Very straightforward in my experience and surprisingly just basic stuff as long as you got your reference letter(s) and photos together in good shape beforehand.
I disagree with a lot of posts in this thread. My wife didn't know perfect English, we didn't have a lawyer and were interviewed in the same room. Accepted on same day. No trick questions. Follow the instructions, don't lie and don't be scared to say you don't know the answer to a question.
They are pretty invasive. Like how many times you penetrated your spouse invasive. Good luck.
That's a good one ;-)
