H1B 60 days grace period enough ?

Poll for H1B holders. I would like to learn from your experience(s) Given the current state of interview schedules, it takes minimum 2 months to get a written offer even from a mid-size companies. For FAANG, it might take more (from my own experience). Is H1B 60 days grace period enough ?

Definitely 60 days are not enough , if you are looking to prepare ( core tech roles) and crack a good company especially generalist interviews can be really stressful . There are tons of body shop firms , use them to bail you out . There are pros and cons , but see the positive side , but also ensure to check for ryders/ clauses like bonds , commission percentage , location etc . They may ask you to relocate to remote locations . Hence set the expectations early and ensure that your situation is not misused by them .At the same time keep preparing and applying.

Amazon, yeah but these things are relatively easier to do if one is a bachelor with zero dependancy.

Also, as we all know that interviews nowadays are like a lottery and one might just remain unlucky for 60 days.
