H1B Transfer
My application was filed in premium processing. Today is the 14th day and still no updates. Do they send out updates on 15th day too? Is it mostly RFE?
Thought there’s no more premium processing?

2 months ago, mine pp transfer took 20 days to get the receipt. I suspect my case was sent to EAC but ended up transferred to WAC (in the application package lawyer sent me I see EAC.) And even after I got approved, my case is not able to be viewed online. My lawyer updated me with the receipt and approval via email. So don't worry too much, it doesn't necessarily mean an RFE. Might just be some random USCIS fuck-ups.

No, in my case they updated the status on the last day itself! Be positive

I am here at 9 days.... something will happen. I have seen people get 2nd day approvals too on track it. Just look for someone name gss on trackit, that guys initial got rejected he refiled and was approved in 2 days... CRAZY!!!!!

Thanks for your words. I have an EE degree from US univ and previously worked as a hardware quality engineer FTE. This one im transferring to a medical device company with a design QA engineer role. Its FTE and a big company. So i hope it would be fine
