H1B transfer rejections: what’s your story?

I am just planning for transfer, wanted to know the experiences.
No premium processing?
They will file mine next week, moving from one of the tech giants to start up.
I say, if it is not do or die situation then don’t make a change. Wait till everything calm down otherwise expect an RFE. I have friend who has I-140 approved and got RFE in extension. Nothing has been changed still.
H1b should avoid early stage startups as much as possible
Not in early phase. 1000 employees strong and growing.
It doesn’t matter right now, you are in startup or giant corporation. They are sending an RFE to most of all applicants.

No problem buddy! I work as a Salesforce Developer, filed as a software developer. Lawyer is saying that this is normal in current administration and they are very confident. Reason is why you need bachelor degree for this position?

Hello guys I am in process of h1-b transfer and my base pay is 140k with a midsize company . I looked at the my lca from h1bdata site and saw that my wage level is one. Is this ok ?

Same story why bachelor degree is required for this position and explain the job duty with bachelor degree courses. Just plain waste of time and resource.
