H1b premium processing time line and RFE?
Got an offer from a new employer and I would like to move their ASAP. I have read stories on blind for premium processing being denied for RFE. Any suggestions for what the current timeline is and ways to avoid delay due to RFE?

It's mostly out of your hands. It depends on how competent your attorney is and how fair the officer who looks at your case is. Its more important than ever to have a good attorney handling your case. Most attorneys just know to copy/paste and mail forms, and that has worked well so far, but not anymore.

Received a rfe for my extension. Are u guys just relying on the MS attorneys or is it prudent to bring in outside counsel as well ?
You have no control over it. I have been waiting for 1 month on RFE and my attorney just refiled it yesterday
What was their concern in RFE?
When did you receive rfe? Was it a speciality occupation rfe?
