What do companies like citadel/two sigma/HRT/jump/Jane street pay software engineering new grads? Is is more or less than FANG and how bonus heavy is the TC?
Jane is not HFT and offers ~250k first year including base, end of year bonus, and signing bonus.
Base is correct, but the “up to” part is backwards.
