What kind of TC can a Stanford master expect with 15-20 year experience at AMZN, GOOG, FB, MSFT, AAPL? Let’s say silicon frontend design position.

About same as any other hardware engineer with 15-20yrs of experience. Where one graduated from is a depreciating asset ... It's great for people with little to no experience or when changing domains.... Sure it is something to be proud of and might increase the odds of getting a interview..... With close to or over 10 yrs it's more about what one had done in work that from where one graduated.
