Were you happy with the results?
Idk what you mean by intense, but work life balance is great. Most people only work 9-5. PTO is unlimited and they don't make you feel guilty for using it.
Got 2 of my strongest offers from it.
Really? I wasn't able to get a single offer anywhere near what a place like Google offers.
Some context: I registered as a new grad (interned at Google) and put $120k as minimum. One offer was high on base and one was high on stock, so I did some negotiating. Got lowballed on Google return offer and put with a team I wasn't super interested in anyways, so I walked.
I used it. Got multiple interviews setup. Couldn't clear though lol
I haven’t heard anything yet. I thought it was because I’m in Dallas
I didn't get any offers through it but I did get a free pair of headphones. I consider it a win. 🤣
Used it twice. No results.
I got a few offers but they barely hit my minimum salary. Some of the companies were very unprofessional- I got ghosted after phone screens by a few of them.
Most of the companies on there seem pretty low quality
I used it in my last two job searches. I nearly accepted a job thru it the first time but the company came back and offered me a lower salary than we had discussed and then played games with the timing. Second time around I accepted a job from a company that found me on Hired. I've had 2 big frustrations with it: - Most companies low ball and offer at least 15k less than what I ask for -- definitely inflate your asking salary! - I've been VERY clear about my geographical requirements both times but many companies reach out to me that don't meet them and try to convince me I should compromise to work with them. 🙄
It's fucking useless. I tried and didn't get any calls.
Good to know lol. Thanks
