Do health insurance companies like Premera treat clients better if they are on a plan with a reputable company like msft or amazon? I have yet to have any issues with them and they seem to approve everything all the time and the billing is reasonable too. Yet I always hear others shitting on them online for being bad.
I worked at Oracle and had the best insurance package. United Healthcare. I paid them gobs of money over a decade rarely used it. Then I had twins and the insurance company called the doctor and asked him to release them from the NICU early because they were born near full term! My twins needed to be in the NICU but it was all about the money. I was livid when I called the insurance company. They claimed that they would never do that even though the doctor forwarded me the voicemail. I switched as soon as I could. Insurance companies don't care about people.
Yes. Do Microsoft and Amazon treat their largest customers better than their smallest customers?
No
Go ask your sales teams about that, before making yourself look silly.
