Help! Can Amazon resend locker access code?
I am out away from a real computer and can’t see the “full” Amazon site...I received a package at an Amazon Locker but they didn’t send the access code even tho it says “delivered”. Different websites seem to say I can get the code resent on the “tracking” page but my view (Amazon app and Amazon mobile page on iPhone) shows nothing like that. I’m in a bit of an emergency ...can I indulge the crowd for a little help (tip, phone number to call, anything)? Thanks!
Nothing to worry about. The worst case scenario: the item will be returned and your payment refunded.
Go to orders on your Amazon app. Shipment will have an option to generate code. Click that. Or click on a similar link you received on your email. It'll be in the item delivered email.
I can see in the app that there is an obscured panel on the tracking page, so I loaded up the full desktop site. I didn’t see anything to get the code but while I was clicking around I got an email with the code finally (even tho it said it was delivered 7 hours ago)....so either I triggered it or one of you awesome Amazon people just gave me the most appreciated hook up ever. Thanks for your help!

So earlier today amazon told me my two tiny orders (lapel pin gift for someone and solder paste needle replacement tips) were merged and delivered today at 1:45pm or so. Hold the refresh button in the mobile safari to request desktop site. On iPhone at least
I got the desktop site finally, but there was no clear path to resend the code. I promise I am not trolling you guys, I am an extremely happy customer of the locker concept.
I remain convinced that one of you angels pulled a C3P0 and released all the garbage mashers on the detention level for me.
On chrome mobile browser, there is an option to request desktop site. You will have same user experience as desktop on mobile phone.
You got to dig around a bit but it shows up in the app. Also you can tell your phone to request desktop site. And is emailed to you
