Help with my TC
I’m a Product Manager/Owner and would like some advice on my TC -YOE: 2 years as a digital PM (web, salesforce) -YOE: 5 including Scrum Master/Agile Coach -Finishing up my MBA from an excellent school on east coast in one month; Aug 2019 TC: 107k base, 10% bonus, 3% annual merit, no equity. Promotion expected at 7% increase. I feel low compared to the market with my skill set. I haven’t been too aggressive with job search due to full time school and work, but graduating in the next 3 weeks.
Is this an Executive MBA?
Yes. Full on two year program - not online.
How can one do full time MBA and full time job together? The only way, I understand, it can be done is full time work (on weekdays) + part-time MBA (on weekends).
As soon as you graduate apply to the west coast. With MBA plus prior experience your odds will be good. I know a guy who did what you are doing(exec mba) and he landed a job as a PM at Citrix.
You are being low balled for sure. You are at a good place to switch jobs.
