I live on a commune and happy to help those in need. If you’ve a house that’s pretty sad; we need to abolish private property

Hopefully after the green socialist wave of 2020 we can start building out the reeducation camps we’ve been sorely lacking

Private houses and yards are truly waste of resources, bad for the environment and divide and isolate people. They should be illegal and everyone should be able to share resources so resource waste will be reduced and people will also be more friendly towards each other.

Andrew Yang proposal is a comprehensive mandatory free education system for kids from ages 1 through mandatory college. It’s going to be the Great Leap Forward we need. It’s very disingenuous to call it a re-education camp

Illegals are here to do the jobs American's don't want to do. Like votting for Democrats, for example.

Before you get your panties twisted, read whole thing. This is just a yellow duck to destruct gop from something more important, that they would oppose.
“The measure would have had no practical effect even if it had passed. Illegal immigrants — and indeed noncitizens as a whole — are not legally able to participate in federal elections.”

The ballots are different. The ballot for non-citizens only contains school board candidates and only those with children in school in the district are eligible.

Local measures have much more impact on our lives than federal laws do.

I've never been asked for ID or my citizen status, I don't believe there's any other way to distinguish which ballot they'd give.

The determination is made at registration and denoted on the voter rolls.

I thought you said the ballots are different? I don't trust the people in charge one bit.

Federal, state, and non-school board ballots aren’t given to those that don’t qualify.

If they didn’t know, vote by mail wouldn’t work.

'Republicans had hoped to send a message to localities such as San Francisco, where noncitizens are now allowed to vote in school board elections' .. a bit of a stretch to jump from non citizens to illegals ..

“The left is not hiding it anymore” I think they meant to write, “the right continues to twist reality”.

Allowing all residents (which includes GC holders) to vote in school board elections is so far from allowing illegal immigrants to vote in all elections.
      Mar 10
    • OpenTable Meliodas
All residents aren’t allowed to vote either.

Registrants must be at least 18 at the time of the next election, reside in the city of San Francisco, and be parents or caregivers with legal custody of children who also live in San Francisco.
      Mar 10
    • Maybe for them anyone who is not citizen is illegal

More big government anti-federalism from the Republicans. State and local governments have been deciding who may vote in their elections since the founding of the country.

    Definitely feel mixed on this

On the one hand I kind of resent that illegals appear to have more rights than people like me who came here legally

On the other hand, I mean, take school boards eg. If you're here your kids are _required_ to go to school. Its only fair that everyone subject to that requirement have a say in the process

Even Fox News took a more honest view of this. The lying and bullshit by conservatives is baffling. There is enough garbage the liberals pull to go after without blatantly lying or exaggerating.

The bill has 31 separate sub-acts. You can't boil this down to 1 single piece. I wish legislation was that simple.
