How do you get an interview with Netflix
Via messaging recruiters, referral? Haven’t had much luck with applying online.
Referrals are the best way, and besides that hiring managers will be your best bet for contacting. If you're in the area already, try going to meetups where Netflix people are speaking or one of the ones we host. Good luck!

I heard their culture is TOXIC...like Uber toxic. Better to stay away and find a company that’s healthier.
Would you care to substantiate that? IME it's not toxic at all and I've been here 3.5 years. Most of those comments come from people who either were fired for poor performance or are perpetuating rumors.
I considered them and have friends who work there. It’s not at all toxic and an awesome to work. Of course, every place has its quirks but in NFLX’s case, the fundamental one that people have a tough time digesting is no job security but you already knew it well when you accepted their offer and going over their culture docs.
