How has your experience been with Fragomen?
For me they get the job done most of the time, but honestly they have 0 customer obsession and their agents go missing for weeks before replying. Really tired of their behavior and keeping things pending at the last minute. The frustration of dealing with them really takes a toll on your work and health If Trump isn’t successful in kicking us out these guys surely will🤦🏻♂️

They’re terrible. When i worked with them i’m pretty sure they committed an ethics violation.

I just don’t understand if their service is this bad then why do companies stick with them? Do they have a monopoly in the market?
Not really, there are other players. I had the best experience so far with Morgan Lewis, those guys are fast and they know their shiet. Fragomen sucks big time.

Applied three visa and GC with them. I’ve been satisfied. But I had to poke them a few times to avoid delays in the GC process. Otherwise, they reply me within 1 business day.
Companies stick with them because they are in top 3 of immigration law firms.
They suck big time. They don’t respond ever. You keep pinging them often to check status.
I was doing reloc with them. Worst experience ever
