How high tc for Software engineer in Two Sigma
Paysa shows only about 122k for Two sigma location in New York. Seems very low. Is it just base? Are there some other options that make your income higher?

Base > 200k. Bonus depends on you and your team and the firm’s performance. Could be 100%, could be 0%. NY is also kind of a shithole.

L4 comp does not beat $275k, at least not for me. Just promoted to L4, and this year my TC is $224k. Also, just accepted offer from Two Sigma that's better than this.
How much better is your new offer? Also for SWE?
Yeah, SWE. And it's hard to exactly say, because I switched from the New York office to the Houston one during negotiations. But I got the impression that $260k-$270k was the higher end for my level in NY, and I think my offer in NY would have been around there. In Houston it's lower due to COL.
