How is WayFair Technical phone interview look like?

Lol, lots of angry wayfairians in here. We don’t ask questions in specific languages in most departments. Most people don’t know PHP, why would we ask them a question in PHP... You can get that TC for an L4, which 8 YOE can get you. The interviews aren’t hard if you are smart and can program. You aren’t going to be meticulously asked to recall and reimplement quicksort on the whiteboard, just be able to code on your feet and talk through the problem. Also be prepared to talk through your projects.
A bunch of PHP questions for sure. That’s what they use
Honestly they'll probably just ask SQL questions. We're a PHP shop but our most of our backend is SQL sprocs.
