Stay away from OCI. A recruiter, hiring manager and then director reached out to me for the same position ππ.....no takers for OCI
Because anyone on visa is currently avoiding them
If you are a top performer. You will be rewarded well. 2 years in and very happy.
How's the WLB?
This will vary by team but mine is great. Work from home a couple days a week. Spend more time with my family than I have in years. But if a big project is coming up I will find myself working 10 hour days and often working with teams across the world, meetings at 7:00 am or 7:00 pm are not uncommon.
