Got contacted by a principal at Human.capital, seems to be some sort of headhunting agency matching engineers to "promising startups", past includes nuro brex Robinhood etc. But they seem to be posturing themselves as more than just a matchmaking service and more like an organization you become a member of. Anyone a member/ had experience with them that can explain more about what they do? Is it worth joining? Seems free to be a member, they make commission from companies when a hire happens. Company is made up of ex-recruiters from tech
They used to be a company called NavTalent and they do a great job at matching people - some of my friends used them and are loving their jobs
Is it useful for anything other than matching? They offer an extension to their Network in the case that I am not looking for a job
