Indians specifically employed as Systems Integration Engineers. Across my company, all locations housing these teams, it seems to be 8 Indians and 1 to 2 of any other. Are there specific skill sets this demographic pursues voluntarily or is this a result of restrictive H1B policies?
The H1B process essentially treats employees as indentured servants. Fearing for their jobs and thus ability to remain in the US, companies have found they are willing to do ANYTHING to keep their jobs. Primarily work way more hours.
