❇️ to people at work that ask something of me ❇️ to my friends that want me to do something ❇️ to random guys that hit on me looking for sexual favors...
Why say no? We need more women like you in tech!

You're too eager to please due to low self esteem. If this is a real post I hope you get help.
Practice saying no in the plainest way, i.e. don't give any specific explanations or execuses, like "sorry I can't", that's it, end of conversation. It's hard, practice makes it better and you'll find people actually are ok with it.
This is normal. Just do what people normally do: instead of saying no, lie that you have something conflicting, or don't feel well, or don't remember, or don't know how. People are asking since they think you will do well at the favor they want. If you can lie that, at the least, this instance will be no good, they'll go elsewhere.
Your challenge is to figure out how to get past this and say no. At some point, you'll hit rock bottom and it will click. Or you'll die first.
What?
