I work full time at an agency as a front end developer. Often this means tight deadlines that aren't feasible within 40 hour work weeks so I work more or feel stressed that I wont hit the deadlines. I'm paid below the market rate but the work is interesting and fun and we get to use fun new Web tech. I'm trying to find a job where I don't have to work so much so I can focus on family and my side hustle which is growing. I know most of such opportunities are remote but I want to stay local because I learn more in person from fellow coders. Is there a company with a great work environment in Seattle with front end jobs that either says it's full time but actually is less hours per week or has positions that are 30 hours a week? Do I need you leave the agency work world? I'm okay getting paid less for working less and ideally would like to work 30ish hours a week.

Good call. I've heard their work life balance is solid. Although I fear what they make is pretty boring.
