IBM aspera or bloomberg?
I have 2 entry level grad offers from the above 2 companies(ibm -emeryville, Bloomberg- newyork ) with close by compensation structure. Which one is better in terms of future career growth, work life balance etec.,

I work at Aspera. It’s not what it used to be and it’s getting worse daily. Everyone that I know here currently has a resume out on the street.
IBM is not as attractive on resume
