Sounds like their HR team and managers foster this environment. Although not sure a few people should speak for the whole FB company and imply everyone is secretly disgruntled. When Silverman took over Etsy, a small group of employees made it sound like it was doomsday, our culture was over, when most realized for the first time that upper management had been keeping the real state of the company secret. Although FB should have absolutely zero tolerance for any kind of harassment in their workplace and their HR should make it super easy to report it and handle it.
Well, what do you expect former employees to say? That they left because they liked working at Facebook? Keep the inherent bias in mind when you read and share sensationalist shit.
