If Visa gets rejected (Germany )
After accepting offer from Amazon. What does Amazon do, if my Visa application gets rejected? Does anyone know?

They dont directly reject the Visa. They would ask for RFE, and other supporting documents.

Calm down. Did you ask them why was your German visa denied? Did you apply for a blue card or some other type of visa?
Blue card. No still not I'm asking if it gets rejected. It's not till now. But I assume it would be because the embassy did not answer yet ( 1 and a half month now )
Where are you applying from ? Have you reached out to the embassy ? Usually they are responsive to e-mails.
They have to do a labor market check to make sure that your arrival to Germany will not displace a local from a job. Just for a 2-3 month internship during my masters i had to wait about 3 months for my visa. They will call you at the end. If you can enter Germany without a visa (like US passport) you should enter like that and then go to the government office (KVR) and then get your visa there. Much easier.
It doesn’t get rejected, hadn’t happened with anyone , so chill. If it does they will give you options like Canada, Europe etc

If you have offer, you will get your visa in Germany no problem. As long as you don't have criminal records. So don't worry. USA is the only country where you can have offer, but no visa.
