Intel grade 7 offer in Santa Clara, CA
Hi, I am a Masters in EE with 9 years of relevant experience. I am looking to move to Bay Area and received an offer from Intel at Grade 7 - Base: 119k High cost of living location: 13k Annual bonus : 7k Quarterly bonus : 7k (total over a year) Signon : 19k Relocation: TBD No Stocks I am feeling disappointed with the offer as I think I should be offered a Grade 8 position with a total compensation of 220k. Is my expectation about job grade and pay reasonable? Any Intel folks who know about the job grades, I will appreciate your insight. Thanks!

This is very bad offer, ask for 125K base + 13% Geo(high cost of living). Quarterly Bonus is good but it depends on company performance. It will be more than 7K for sure if company does well You will also get Annual Performance Bonus again depending on company performance. Ask for joining RSU
