Those who purchased or refinanced an investment house recently, what interest rate did you get and where from? Targeting 25% down, around 900k price. Did you have any issues counting rsu in your income for loan purposes?

For investment property Loan Amount 250K , 25% down interest 4.875% 30 years fixed, Wells Fargo. For house as an investment property they seem to charge higher interest rate
Did any of you face issues with counting rsu initial grant in income? Did you need to show refresh grant?
