I have a few software eng interviews lined up. Is it better to interview at Google in Mountain View vs Seattle/Kirkland? 8+ years of work experience.
No difference.
The only difference I was told by the recruiter is that Seattle location let you code on a chromebook where the other one you have to use whiteboard.

Seattle is easier because cloud
Thanks. I’ve worked at Amazon before. Haven’t interviewed for past 2 years so just refreshing up on stuff I don’t normally use day to day (eg graphs) Am assuming they are similar to Amazon like?
Will be harder than Amazon in general but the questions are similar to what you'd find in leetcode plus whatever design questions they ask. Cloud engineers usually ask more practical experience questions than say Geo team or Search. That's why some would say it's "easier". In my experience graphs are common question to ask about, as are similar types of questions (trees, traversal, and algos around it).
