Interview experience

My interview process for sde intern role in coinbase started in November 2017 and had 3 rounds in total including one project till February. Final round with hiring manager postponed for entirety. Recruiter kept saying to wait till next week. Should I tell the recruiter to consider for new grads role. If yes, can I ask to start the process from where they left it.
