Interview presentation: hiding confidentiality

I'm appearing for an interview for Data scientist in which I have to present the project of current company. What is the best way to hide proprietary information in my data analysis? They have clearly mentioned that they want to check technical skills, data analysis, thought process, storytelling and methodology.

They need to ask questions and have you explain your thought process. I wouldn't share anything about 'what why and how' the stuff I'm working on

Iโ€™d be careful youโ€™re not breaching confidentiality agreements with your current company. Anyone that presents details about their current companyโ€™s research in detail is usually a red flag.

Sure, I believe discussion on methods at high-level will be sufficient.
