Palantir, I'm not so familiar with. Unity, they have been around for a long time and "killing it", but they haven't IPOd, I think there are some structural issues

I think Palantir’s valuation dropped recently. But they have a cool product.

What was your experience with Unity / Palantir when it went public? Were you able to transfer / sell those shares through a traditional brokerage (e.g. Schwab)?

Daimler wrooom Nov 14, 2020

@Autodesk/kohlimohli Congrats on the palantir and unity deals! I'm new to the pre-IPO market but I qualify as Accredited Investor. I'd appreciate learning from you: How was the experience with EquityZen? anything you wish you had known before investing?

VMware 3u3313 Nov 15, 2020

@op when you bought these shares you had to share your ssn on the form where the deal / contract was being written out right did you feel the system was safe I have been wanting to invest in a few companies on equityzen but very scared and hence never attempted giving my SSN out on the form

VMware 3u3313 Nov 15, 2020

My question is how safe is this equityzen platform can u share ur experience please

Amazon randname1 Nov 15, 2020

I have the same question, also how difficult it is to do the same process without equityzen?
