Is 120k + variable salary good as New college grad in Palo Alto
I have been offered a job as mts 1/2 as new college graduate. My compensation consists of 120k base + ~11-12% bonus + 25k sign on bonus. I have also been offered a rsu worth 50k. Is 120k is good salary at VMware?
Better than Amazon SEA, though probably the same as Amazon SFBA

Base, bonus, and sign on seems pretty good. RSUs can be a little higher.
I take back what I said. For a masters, that's low.
It’s good. Vmware is known to give less stock.
