HBO uses bamtech. Which is owned by Disney
Iโd be very surprised if Disney messes this up. They care very much about protecting all aspects of their brand.
I didnโt find many postings about being hired to Disney since they announced it. I am curious where the hell they are getting the engineers to work on their platform? Are they outsourcing this completely?

You mean the service that's owned by Disney now? And which as as many monthly active users as the population of United States?
I hope itโs not as shitty as HBO... If HBO also uses Bamtech.

How does the staffing situation look for Disney with Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+, HBO Max, etc?
How is their engineering team? I have seen big differences in quality of interfaces, stream quality w/ better bandwidth usage (smoother ramping up and down), and much better simple interface options (left and right to love frame by frame in Netflix and HBO, rewind and ff buttons only in Prime, etc.).
