Is facebook bizapps teams worth a shot?

I have a verbal offer to join Bizapps teams in Facebook. Is it a good place to work and get good review money every year? If I dont like it is it easy to move to different team?

TPM may be different. For engineers, most real talent either leaves or transfers to SWE. For PM there is a ton of politicking
