What ? Did they not see you were pregnant during the on site ? In any case, I personally think it’s prudent to give the hiring manager a heads up during the interview ... communicating and managing it is the key

Talking about business, your manager was looking for someone who joins his/ her team and start contributing. Did you discuss this at time of joining? You may be fine but it takes lot to build trust
