Not seeing much on Glassdoor. What is the expected salary range for Project Coordinator/Manager Base: ? Bonus: ? RSU: ? TC: 125k non-tech 5yoe, Seattle
Comp structure inside the company is on par with what you'd see at Apple / Amazon / Facebook / Google in the bay for non-tech roles. Depending on experience you could expect up to $150k for this (not knowing the specifics of your background), or about 25% over Seattle rates due to cost of living, with a 20% merit bonus. RSU's are below average as it's pre-IPO.
Awesome that is super helpful! Very broadly speaking (realizing there are tons of different factors) what is typical non-tech valuation of RSU’s 100k, 200k etc?
And I’m assuming the 20% merit is calculated based on base salary. Ie. 100k salary would have a 20k bonus
The Sr. Manager level is coming on in the ballpark of $125k value on RSU's that vests over 4 years, so $31k per year. It's the part of comp that's not super competitive with the industry yet.
