Sounds about right. I get a few offers from bodyshops every day and I ask for the rate even though I am not on the market. 100k is about right in TX for a lead but I am seeing 110-120k for Sr. Devs in the midwest.

This is low for a java lead. You can get to 150, at least in Houston
