Joining on RFE

I got an RFE on the petition for one of the FANG companies. It's an RFE for specialty occupation. The lawyers are working on the response. But it might take a month for responding. Should I go ahead and give the 2 weeks notice to my current employer to work for the new company on receipt?

No. Wait until u get the approval. If it gets rejected, u wud be in a horrible situation.

Wrong place for stats. All u will find here are anecdotes. Regardless, u shudnt make a decision based on likelihood of approval. U have waited long enough, just wait a month more.

No. I was just messing around with that Amazon HR guy. It might take another 1 month. But the wait is better than leaving the country and having to deal with shittier situation later
