Can anyone with any immigration status be summoned for jury duty? I got summoned and my visa status is H1B. I saw an ad regarding jury summons scam In the court website? Any input is appreciated.

In the court site which will be on the postcard, they will ask a questionnaire. Once u complete that( there will be a question nota citizen) this will disqualify you and be done with it.
Breaking news: you can now inform the superior court of California that you are not a citizen via a website. Previously I had to write them a physical letter, and I did that by taking a page out of a public trash bin, and scribbling the following with a wide black sharpie: "I dont america sitizen". I think that's why they made the site.
