What do engineers and ops do at JUUL?
Very curious, I had no clue it's a "tech" company
Consider it a consumer electronics/biotech hybrid. Battery engineers, mech e and electrical e, lots of aerosol and physical chemists/chemical engineers as well. On the manufacturing side, think quality engineers at the level of medical device manufacturing. After all, it’s really a less-regulated aerosol drug delivery device. In this case, the drug is just nicotine.
Seems high for L4 ops.
Is it too late to join Juul?
Not sure if I agree tbh. “Hyper growth” may be cooling off, but upside is still enormous, particularly internationally.
How are shares valued? Not public yet
Range is something like 110-140k, 20% bonus, maybe 500-800 RSUs
What is each rsu worth ? Very low base
FMV was $270 but we’re in a revaluation period since the quarter just ended. Sales are strong so I’d expect it increase
