More than 73M. His TC at Oracle was 73M if I have my facts straight.
For comparison, Diane Greene's RSUs were 380M. I suspect Kurian is close to 100M range at Google. If not, he got lowballed! Lol.

Crazy. Senior exec comp at Google is an order of magnitude higher than at Amazon. L8 comp is not so different... around $1M a year. When does it really diverge? Are L10s at Google pulling in 10-20M a year? Or is the crazy stuff just at the L11 level where it diverges off the map?

I’m the stupid one? Look at you know it all. He was the Heir of LJE, and do you really think that after 22 years at Oracle it was about money? They gave him a boat load, and would have given him more if it was about that. At these levels it’s about strategic vision, stock performance, and market share. In this case it was the former. I guess when someone looks from below it seems like it’s all about comp....
Be prepared to hear lots of bad languages in his meetings
