L61 Microsoft compensation sde

Presently I am making 150+ TC in Seattle , I received verbal offer from Microsoft . What is the total compensation I can expect for L61 at Azure? Please provide split base, sign on , stock if possible.

Verbal offer is : base 138k and stock 25k for 4 years and sign on 10k

Really High base for 61. You can ask more stock and sign in which are pretty low

I agree the base is pretty high for that level. Stock can be 50k and sign on to 15k but i be happy otherwise too since base is forever and your increments are based in base.
