Leaving company after three months
What do people think about leaving the company after only three or four months? I joined this (non-Oracle) company more than two months ago and realized I seriously dislike the culture, the work/life imbalance, and every day just feels like agony. I’m a Sr Eng with 250K TC
Speaking as a hiring manager, I want to know why you left so quickly but your answer in your original post is fine. The only time it's a red flag is if you have too many such incidents on your resume.
If you can switch, leave and leave it off the resume.
Even less than 1 year is worth on resume right ?
Go back to oracle and wash this event from your history
Doesn't matter. Just leave after you find another offer.
